Shipping from Sydney, Australia
Hugin Design ships our handcrafted woodworking and leather goods throughout Australia and to selected overseas destinations. Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination, products ordered, and the weight and dimensions of each packed parcel.
Australia
End-grain cutting boards: Free standard shipping Australia-wide. Express shipping is not offered for cutting boards.
Other woodworking and leather goods: Available domestic delivery services and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.
International shipping
New Zealand, Japan and selected European destinations: International Standard and International Express shipping options are available at checkout for eligible individual cutting-board orders. Eligible smaller woodworking and leather goods can also be shipped using weight-based International Standard rates.
Canada: Eligible smaller goods have International Standard rates available at checkout. Larger items and cutting boards require a shipping quotation.
United States: Please request an individual shipping quotation. We are finalising US import-duty and shipping arrangements and will confirm the postage and any applicable import charges before an order is accepted.
Mexico and other destinations: Shipping is available by individual quotation where suitable carrier services are available.
Multiple cutting boards or mixed large orders: Please request an individual quotation. The automated cutting-board shipping rate covers one board shipped in its own protective carton; multiple boards may require separate cartons and additional postage.
Taido clothing and printed merchandise: Shipping is by individual quotation only, including within Australia. Please contact us before ordering.

Production and delivery time
Many Hugin Design items are made to order. Estimated making times shown on product pages are separate from shipping transit times. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and any customs processing.
Customs duties and import taxes
International deliveries may incur customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. Unless your order or individual quotation explicitly confirms that such charges are included and prepaid, they are the recipient's responsibility on import. For US deliveries, we will confirm the intended duty-payment arrangement before accepting an order.
